Evocative 'Health Conscious' Coaching is a unique coaching program for woman and coaches, designed to assist you in the journey of regaining your personal truth, power and passion - to feel the life force run through your veins again. Just because we sleep, talk, eat and work - does not mean we are consciously living - what has to happen in order for us all to wake up and take control of our body?

This process also identifies HOW to connect with the universal truth and universal laws - learn to trust and have faith in your world, internally and externally. We will focus on all areas of your life from:

• Your body - internal and external health, body weight V's body fat, connection with your body, hormonal imbalances and controling emotional states - when was the last time you felt physically in control of your self, your life and your love?
• Your mental capacity to understand your thoughts creates things - what do you REALLY want to create for your life?
• Your spiritual connection to self - to appreciate this is not be spiritually aware is not a fluffy process, your spirit is real! If you were to listen to it, your inner deep desires and dreams for life - how would your world change?

This is about women connecting and sharing how we feel, what we believe and to let go of the baggage from the long journey - to know we have all arrived home - EXHALE! WE speak to each other openly we are able to share freely the things we don't hear enough..We are doing the best we can! We are beautiful just as we are! We are free to evolve - we are in control! We also don't tell ourselves enough - We are free to be who-ever you choose to be!
The power for change can come and go but the relationship we have with ourselves is a commitment and constant evolving process - and share with others. Part of that evoltion is acknowledging - we don't know what we don't know and that's where support and connecting with people who 'get you' becomes important part of the process...
